Intro

The goal of my work is to lay the foundation for a responsible and human-centered solution. I have 10 years of experience untangling complex people problems and collaborating with technologists.

Before pivoting into UX Research, I was focused on design production: sketching paper prototypes, versioning wireframes, crafting visual design components. Those years spent releasing designs for products imparted a deep appreciation for the needs, behaviors, and experiences of the people using them. As a dedicated UX Researcher, I’m able to combine my understanding of the design process with a mix of qualitative and quantitative methods to help define actionable next steps and relevant solutions. These days, I design conversations instead of screens. I comb through data , I elicit user stories, and I help shed light on what to build next.
